Our automated system uses this data to evaluate scope and allocate resources for your free 15-minute system audit. We reserve the absolute right to decline or reschedule strategy sessions if brief inputs are identified as spam, fraudulent, or do not align with our development budget tiers.

2. Technical Audits & Preliminary Diagrams

Any system blueprints, database flow mappings, or automation advice provided during your free 15-minute discovery call are strictly for informational and alignment purposes.

While we design these diagrams to represent realistic operational solutions, they do not constitute a formal, binding contract for software delivery until a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) is explicitly signed and a deposit invoice is processed.

3. Intellectual Property Parameters

All proprietary brand assets displayed on this website, including but not limited to **The Phase-Locked Chord Ring** symbol, the ElegaSync wordmarks, custom layout structures, and coding modules are the exclusive intellectual property of ElegaSync.

Upon executing a formal client contract (Statement of Work), all custom code modules, database endpoints, and system architectures built explicitly for your company will be fully transferred to your business entity upon final project balance clearance.

4. Service Warranties & Maintenance

We pride ourselves on building solid, clean, and reliable code designed to last. For any custom software builds, our formal client agreements include dedicated post-launch telemetry monitoring, bug-remediation coverage, and secure hosting training.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any actions arising under these parameters will be addressed in the courts of London, UK.
